Your Grace,
I ask that you forgive me any mistakes, as I try to make as few as possible, being for the first time here on a confidential mission.
I ask for your understanding for the efforts I am making with the aid of highly loyal and trustworthy co-conspirators, all for the purpose of executing the best intentions of the Holy See as well and conscientiously as I can and with great caution, something I was especially warned to do.
I bring You1 a special message from the Holy Father the Pope Pious VI2 and I am to personally deliver His message to You, thus I have gladly undertaken this difficult trip to, with his blessing, immortalise the effort and secure Your agreement and cooperation, which is the explicit wish of the Holy Father the Pope and so I have undertaken this historical trip which is to immortalise You.
However, I have been summoned to the Archbishopric here in Sarajevo and held back, having been urgently told that it is not a suitable moment – namely, my presence in Cetinje would be immediately noticed, and afterwards dire consequences and much unpleasantness from the evil people in Your surroundings – which would derail and cause much harm in the successes so far made in the separation of Your Holy Church from the imposed separatist heresy.
At the same time, I carry the blessing and great gratitude to the brave President and secretary and special rewards sent to them by the Holy Father the Pope for their great engagement and their endeavours to build the Mausoleum.
Much has been achieved and the Holy Father the Pope is very pleased and has proposed that it would be best to remove that little chapel and be relocated to a museum or to Njeguši where it would be fit for purpose, where the history of the time – an extinct ancient people can only still be seen.
It is clear to all that the current people has nothing in common with the former people oriented towards the great-Serbian ideology, which has misused this people, which could be said is completely dying out.
A new people with new habits and new life is the people of the future and with new achievements, so the Holy Father the Pope is willing to aid this people with all His might and to return it to Christ’s true faith and for which he is willing to employ significant resources.
The Holy Father the Pope is willing to give 500 million lira3 as a contribution to building the Mausoleum which these brave people persistently ask for and want, so the Pope’s aid will contribute significantly, with the only ask being that mausoleum house the bones of Lucija the Montenegrin who had earlier transitioned to christ’s true faith and was subject to all kinds of persecution until her death, but would never bring shame to this faith and leave it. Therefore she is to be pronounced a Saint and the desire is for her remains to be interred in the mausoleum, for which a big and beautiful sarcophagus will be built and which will grace the interior of the Mausoleum.
The Holy Father the Pope highly appreciating Your efforts and great spiritual and educational value. Appreciating Your devotion to the holy church and believing that he will find a collaborator in You in the struggle to establish Christ’s true faith in Montenegro and to return the people there and for them to gain independence as a newborn of the Holy Father the Pope, he is willing to sacrifice everything and for all material resources to be invested towards this end and he cannot wait to consecrate the Wonderful Temple in Titograd and establish a library, bring in Missionaries and start aiding this good people in accepting true Christ’s faith. The Holy Father the Pope counts on Your cooperation in this matter and He is willing to offer You a position among his closest associates, with you handling all these matters, with guaranteed discretion. This was my mission and this would be the message that I was to give to you along with many other things, so as I have been prevented and as now many uncertainties have been made more pronounced due to malice, I have been informed that during the visit that Pačineli made to the President and the his contact with certain brave persons from Titograd, that this is to be avoided at the moment and a contact or meeting in Zagreb or Đakovo be asked for, in order to avoid giving the monetary resources and rewards to these brave people in places which could be the bases for unpleasantness for these brave persons, as well as for the labour and successes so far.
By bringing this up to You, I ask of You to understand the great interest of the Holy Father the Pope for Your great acts and love for Your flock which needs to be transitioned into Christ’s true Faith, which is something You would be most suitable for.
I believe that you are familiar with the part the Holy Father the Pope played in separating the Macedonian s parate church, but for special reasons in faith today, which was conditioned by those brave people in Skoplje, who were willing to have those people transitioned to Christ’s True Faith at the appropriate time.
From a wish for all of this to be arranged most fortuitously, I ask that You make Your decision as where You would like to meet personally and for you to receive everything I bring for You and You to give me Your agreement or possibilities and have them delivered to the Zagreb Archbishopic.
With special respect
Your loyal and obedient
